All agency products below are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturer's defect. Outboard & Marine is the primary authorised warranty provider for the territory of Singapore.

Warranty work cannot be performed by anyone other than us unless prior arrangements have been made with our management. Failure to abide by this will void the warranty.
🧾 Keep your receipt
Save your proof of purchase receipt or invoices. Without proof of the initial purchase date, the product's manufacturing date will be used to determine the warranty period.
✅ No registration needed
Product registration is not required to obtain warranty on any of the products listed here.
About Your Warranty
What your limited warranty covers
During the warranty period specified below, our company, as the factory-appointed service dealer, will repair or replace, free of charge, any part that is defective in material or workmanship or both. Transport charges on products submitted for repair or replacement under this warranty must be borne by the purchaser.

- Parts defective in material or workmanship (or both)
- Repair or replacement free of charge during the warranty period
✕ Not covered
- Damage from negligence of the instructions in the owner/operator manual for proper use and maintenance
- Accidents, mishandling, alteration, abuse or improper lubrication
- Use of parts or accessories other than those specified by the manufacturer, or other causes beyond the manufacturer's control
- Parts replaced through normal wear, or harmless changes in appearance

¹ Consumer Use means occasional residential and/or light commercial application by a retail customer (< 2 hours daily or < 10 hours weekly).
² Commercial Use means all other applications, including use for commercial, income-producing or rental purposes. Once an outdoor power equipment product or engine has experienced commercial use, it shall thereafter be considered a commercial-use product for the purposes of this warranty coverage.
