Trading in Singapore since 1956 and incorporated as Outboard & Marine Pte Ltd in 1968, we’ve grown from a Coleman Street trading company into the authorised distributor for the world’s leading outdoor power equipment brands. Today we serve the horticultural, landscape, construction, cleaning and pest-management industries — backed by in-house servicing, a strong spare-parts inventory, and product-handling training.

Our history
1956
Founded on Coleman Street as The Outboard & Marine Co. by the late Mr. Chew Ow Kiat and his partner — a trading company that began a long legacy in Singapore's marine and equipment industry.
1965
With Mr. Chew's sons taking over, the company was incorporated and renamed Outboard & Marine Pte Ltd, steering toward growth in the marine industry before broadening into specialised equipment.
1965 – 1980s
Capitalising on Southeast Asia's agricultural boom, we expanded across Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei, introducing quality equipment from trusted global suppliers.
1980 – 2000s
We broadened our range to serve the forestry, public health, cleaning and landscape maintenance industries — becoming the authorised Singapore distributor for ten leading brands.
