How does OM Rentals work?

STEP 2: Depending on the model of choice, we will contact you to set up a date for installation. The leasing period includes yearly maintenance, repairs, and product insurance.

STEP 3: Upgrade to the latest model and contract term upon renewal, ensuring you always enjoy the newest top-class innovations.

Rentals Terms & Conditions

   A. DETAILED TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Complete product and service bundle including maintenance and repairs for the full leasing period, includes:

  • Product use, the cost of maintenance and repairs. Yearly maintenance of the equipment is mandatory and included.
  • Service can only be performed by an Outboard & Marine technician.
  • Basic product training by Outboard & Marine technician is provided and is included in the package.
  • Authorised robotic mower installation is mandatory and included in the package.
  • Blade replacement included.
  • Safety signages and emergency contact labels provided are to be displayed at the site and on the machine during leasing period.
  • Option to extend the contract for 1 – 3 years. 

A.1. For Customers

  • The customer has to use and maintain the equipment in accordance with the corresponding operator’s manual.
  • In the event of a malfunction or need for repair, the customer must immediately stop using the equipment and notify the authorised dealer for inspection.
  • Provide safe access for our service personnel.
  • Provide 24/7 reliable electrical power supply with surge protection.
  • No unauthorized repairs, modifications, tampering, or operating by untrained personnel.

A.2. Damage Liability & Insurance
  • Customers are responsible for all repair costs arising from damage or loss during the leasing period resulting from negligence, misuse, theft, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering.
  • Customers are responsible for all costs incurred in the event of leasing plan termination due to default (see A.5).
A.3. Insurance
  • Covered for General & Public Liability and included in the package.
A.4. Return Terms
  • Cleanliness — Equipment to be returned free of debris and excessive dirt. A cleaning charge of S$200.00 may be imposed if found otherwise.
  • All included accessories must be returned in good working condition.
  • Late returns — A late return fee of S$50.00 per day will be charged.
  • Early returns — The security deposit will be forfeited if the customer fails to complete the full duration of the leasing plan.
A.5. Default & Remedies
We may terminate the leasing plan immediately and repossess equipment due to the following:
  • Non-payment of fees for 3 consecutive months.
  • Safety violations or equipment misuse.
  • Insurance coverage lapses.
