All the agency products listed below are covered by limited warranty against manufacturer’s defect, kindly take note that we serve as the primary authorized warranty provider in the territory of Singapore. Warranty work cannot be performed by anyone other than us unless prior arrangements have been made with our management. Failure to abide by this will void the warranty. Save your proof of purchase receipt or invoices. If you do not provide proof of the initial purchase date at the time warranty service is requested, the manufacturing date of the product will be used to determine the warranty period. Product registration is not required to obtain warranty on all the products listed here.

During the warranty period specificed above, our company as the factory appointed service dealer, will repair or replace, free of charge, any part that is defective in material or workmanship or both. Transport charges on products submitted for repair or replacement under this warranty must be borne by purchaser.
The limited warranty does not apply to those units or engines which have been damaged by neglience of instruction listed in the owner/operator manual for proper use and maintnenance of the units. Accidents, mishandling, alteration, abuse, improper lubrication, use of any parts or assessories other that those specified by the manufacturer, or other causes beyond the manufacturer’s control.
This warranty does not cover those parts replaced by normal wear or harmless changes in their appearance.

¹ “Consumer Use” means occasional residential and/or light commercial application by retail customer. (< 2 hours daily or <10 hours weekly)
² “Commercial Use” means all other applications, including use for commercial, income producing or rental purposes. Once an outdoor power equipment product or engine has experienced use, it shall thereafter be considered as a commercial use product for purposes of this warranty coverage.
